ID:176016 DSP block <name> has logic cells with <number> different <name> register configuration(s) for <name>, but only <number> different <name> register configuration(s) are allowed

CAUSE: You assigned logic cells to the specified DSP block. The assigned logic cells use too many different register configurations to fit in the section of the DSP block.

ACTION: Change the location assignment of some of the logic cells that are assigned to the DSP block.
