ID:174039 On-chip termination control block "<name>" is driven by Rup and Rdn pins "<name>" and "<name>" with non-matching voltages

CAUSE: The specified on-chip termination (OCT) control block is driven by the specified Rup and Rdn pins having different VCCIO . The Rup and Rdn pins must have I/O standards with the same VCCIO .

ACTION: Change the I/O standards to have the same VCCIO .
