ID:174042 I/O "<name>" uses calibrated on-chip termination but has an I/O standard which VCCIO of "<name>" does not support calibrated on-chip termination

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O to use on-chip termination (OCT). The I/O has a VCCIO which does not support on-chip termination.

ACTION: Change the I/O standard of the specified I/O, or remove the OCT assignment.
