ID:174043 I/O "<name>" is driven by on-chip termination control block "<name>" but has a termination value which conflicts with other I/Os driven by that control block.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O to the specified on-chip termination (OCT) control block either through netlist connections or ACF assignments. The I/O has a combination of input and output termination values which is incompatible with the input and output termination values of other I/Os driven by the specified control block.

ACTION: Change the input or output termination values of the specified I/O to be compatible with other I/Os driven by the specified control block, or remove the netlist connections or ACF assignments associating the specified I/O with the specified control block.
