ID:174058 I/O "<name>" is using a left-shifted termination code, but does not use a termination type that supports left-shifting the code

CAUSE: The specified I/O uses a left-shifted on-chip termination (OCT) code. However, it is not using a compatible termination setting.

ACTION: Set the left-shifted code parameter to FALSE or change the termination setting.
