CAUSE: The specified on-chip termination (OCT) calibration block has the terminationclear signal connected. However, it is connected to a different source than at least one other calibration block. All calibration blocks in the design that have this signal connected must use the same source.
ACTION: Connect all OCT calibration blocks that use the terminationclear signal to the same clock source.
