CAUSE: The specified on-chip termination (OCT) calibration block does not have the otherserializerenable ports connected correctly. All OCT calibration blocks that use runtime control should have all of the serializerenable signals from the other OCT calibration blocks which use runtime control connected to their otherserializerenable ports. This error may also appear if more than one instance of the OCT megafunction is used.
ACTION: Connect the serializerenables signals of all OCT calibration blocks that use runtime control to the otherserializerenable ports of all other OCT blocks which use runtime control. Make sure that there is no more than one instance of the OCT megafunction in the design.
