ID:174008 Can't place on-chip termination pin group connected to control block <name> on side <name> because the bank voltage <name> is not compatible with the rup or rdn pin voltage <name>

CAUSE: The pin group connected to the specified on-chip termination (OCT) Control Block cannot be placed to the specified side of the device due to the the specified bank voltage and the rup or rdn pin voltage are not compatible with each other.

ACTION: Check the user assignment for the pin group and reassign it to an appropriate side.
