ID:174016 Termination pin "<name>" user assigned location constraint must cross the top or bottom sides of the device

CAUSE: The specified pin has a termination user assignment. Such termination assignments can only be placed at the top or bottom sides of the device. However, the specified pin has user assignments which do not cross either the top or bottom side of the device.

ACTION: Change the location assignment of the specified pin to cross either the top or bottom of the device.
