CAUSE: The specified pin has a termination user assignment. Such termination assignments can only be placed at the top or bottom or left or right sides of the device. However, the specified pin has user assignments which do not cross the top or bottom or left or right sides of the device.
ACTION: Change the location assignment of the specified pin to cross the top or bottom or left or right sides of the device.
