ID:174022 Can't place on-chip termination pin group containing I/O pin <name> to side <name> because its on-chip termination setting conflicts with that of another group assigned to the same side

CAUSE: The specified I/O pin and its on-chip termination (OCT) pin group cannot be placed to the side specified due to conflicting on-chip termination settings.

ACTION: Change the user assignment of the specified pin to another location, or change its on-chip termination setting.
