CAUSE: You started a SignalProbe compilation, but the Quartus Prime software cannot perform a SignalProbe compilation on the current design because you changed one or more source files in the design and therefore the design requires a full compilation.
ACTION: To perform a SignalProbe compilation on the design, first recompile the design.
