CAUSE: The Fitter cannot assign the specified node of the specified type in the specified LogicLock region. This error may occur when you edit the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) manually, and then back-annotate that I/O node to that location and LogicLock region. However, the node and the type of location assignment as specified by the LOCATION keyword do not match.
ACTION: Change the location assignment for the specified node. To avoid receiving this message in the future Altera recommends using the LogicLock Regions Window command to modify settings, rather than editing the .qsf manually.
