ID:170044 Cannot fit RAM cell "<name>". The RAM Bit Reservation setting for this cell is set to Auto or Standard, restricting its implementation. The RAM may fit in additional RAM blocks by setting the RAM Bit Reservation assignment to Maximum.

CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified RAM cell in M9K locations on your device when the Fitter RAM Bit Reservation logic option setting is set to Auto or Standard. Certain RAM modes are not supported when compiling with this setting.

ACTION: Change the setting for the RAM Bit Reservation logic option to Off or Maximum to place the specified RAM in M9K locations. The Maximum setting is required to ensure that bit reservation is performed for this RAM. Additional M9K locations may be required to implement the RAM, compared to when the Off setting is used. Different RAM Bit Reservation logic option settings can be applied to individual RAM instances in the Assignment Editor.
