CAUSE: You locked the location of the specified LogicLock region and reserved unused logic cells inside the LogicLock region so the Fitter does not use the logic cells; however, this region overlaps with another locked LogicLock region. A reserved, locked LogicLock region must not overlap with another locked LogicLock region.
ACTION: Move the regions so that they do not overlap. Otherwise, do not reserve unused logic cells in the specified region.
