CAUSE: The Fitter was unable to reserve the required space for the specified LogicLock region. The specified LogicLock region has the Reserved property set which prevents logic not assigned to the region from being placed inside the region.
ACTION: Turn off the reserved property or modify the size and/or origin for one or more of the LogicLock regions in the design, specifically, the LogicLock region specified in the message.
