ID:170152 Initial placement of LogicLock hierarchy failed after <number> attempts. LogicLock region "<name>" had the largest number of placement failures, but may or may not be the cause of the problem. You may be able to correct the situation and achieve placement, by manually altering one or more LogicLock regions

CAUSE: The Fitter was unable to find a placement for the current LogicLock region hierarchy. The LogicLock regions in this design require resources such that the Fitter could not find legal origins and sizes for all of the regions.

ACTION: Remove, simplify or manually specify a size and/or origin for one or more of the LogicLock regions in the design, in particular the LogicLock region specified by in the message.
