CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place a carry-chain of the specified number of logic cells starting on the specified logic cell due to conflicting sub-location assignments within the chain. A LAB sublocation has been assigned on one or more of the LEs within the chain but the Fitter cannot obey these sublocation values because all the elements in the chain must be numbered sequentially from the head of the chain to the tail.
ACTION: Verify that the sublocation values for each element in the chain are legal.
