ID:169254 Total number of HSTL/SSTL output or bi-directional pins in I/O module <name> is <number> -- no more than <number> HSTL/SSTL output or bi-directional pins are allowed in a I/O module

CAUSE: You assigned too many HSTL/SSTL output or bi-directional I/O pins in the specified I/O module.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment, or change the I/O standard assignment.
