ID:169295 Too many output or bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in LogicLock region <name>. The LogicLock region has only <number> pin location(s) supporting output operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of output or bidirectional pins to the specified LogicLock region. However, the number of assigned output or bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that LogicLock region.

ACTION: Remove some of the output or bidirectional pins from the specified LogicLock region.
