ID:169284 Too many output or bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in I/O edge <name>. The I/O edge has only <number> pin location(s) supporting output operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of output or bidirectional pins to the specified I/O edge. However, the number of assigned output or bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that I/O edge.

ACTION: Reassign some of the I/O pins to a different I/O edge.
