ID:169255 The total number of output or bidirectional pins in the I/O module <name> is <number> -- no more output pins are allowed in an I/O module in which the number of HSTL/SSTL output or bidirectional pins has reached the limit of <number>

CAUSE: You assigned too many HSTL/SSTL output or bidirectional I/O pins in the specified I/O module.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment, or change the I/O standard assignment.
