ID:169296 Too many I/O pins (<number>) are assigned in LogicLock region <name> - no more than <number> I/O pins are allowed in the LogicLock region

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of I/O pins to the specified LogicLock region. However, the number of assigned I/O pins exceeds the specified limit for that LogicLock region.

ACTION: Remove some of the I/O pins from the specified LogicLock region.
