ID:169025 Too many I/O pins (<number>) assigned in I/O bank <name> - no more than <number> I/O pins are allowed in the I/O bank

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of I/O pins to the specified I/O bank. However, the number of assigned I/O pins exceeds the specified limit for that I/O bank.

ACTION: Reassign some of the I/O pins to a different I/O bank.
