ID:169307 Too many I/O pins (<number>) are assigned in the custom region <name> - no more than <number> I/O pins are allowed in the custom region

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of I/O pins in the specified custom region. However, the number of assigned I/O pins exceeds the specified limit for that custom region.

ACTION: Remove some of the I/O pins from the specified custom region.
