ID:169294 Too many input or bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in LogicLock region <name>. The LogicLock region has only <number> pin location(s) supporting input operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of input or bidirectional pins to the specified LogicLock region. However, the number of assigned input or bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that LogicLock region.

ACTION: Remove some of the input or bidirectional pins from the specified LogicLock region.
