ID:169293 Too many bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in LogicLock region <name>. The LogicLock region has only <number> pin location(s) supporting bidirectional operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of bidirectional pins to the specified LogicLock region. However, the number of assigned bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that LogicLock region.

ACTION: Remove some of the bidirectional pins from the specified LogicLock region.
