ID:169288 Too many bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in I/O bank <name>. The I/O bank has only <number> pin location(s) supporting bidirectional operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of bidirectional pins to the specified I/O bank. However, the number of assigned bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that I/O bank.

ACTION: Reassign some of the I/O pins to a different I/O bank.
