ID:169304 Too many bidirectional pins (<number>) are assigned in the custom region <name>. The custom region has only <number> pin location(s) supporting bidirectional operation.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of bidirectional pins in the specified custom region. However, the number of assigned bidirectional pins exceeds the specified limit for that custom region.

ACTION: Remove some of the bidirectional pins from the specified custom region.
