ID:12842 Can't place I/O pin <name> with I/O standard <name> to pin location <name> -- I/O pin <name> is not supported by device part that using single power supply mode

CAUSE: The Fitter tried to place the specified I/O pin with the specified I/O standard. However, the I/O pin is not supported by device part that using single power supply mode. The specified I/O standard cannot be used with device part that support single power supply mode. As a result, the Fitter cannot place the specified I/O pin.

ACTION: Assign a supported I/O standard that can be used with device part that using single power supply mode to the specified I/O pin.
