CAUSE: You assigned one or more single-ended I/O pins to the specified I/O bank. However, the specified I/O bank also contains pins that use differential I/O standards. A single I/O bank can only contain pins that use single-ended I/O standards or differential I/O standards, but not both.
ACTION: Remove all pins that use single-ended I/O standards or all pins that use differential I/O standards from the specified I/O bank.
