CAUSE: You created a remote update block in the current design, but did not specify the remote configuration mode for configuring the device that the design targets. The remote configuration mode must be used if the design contains a remote update block.
ACTION: Modify the design to remove the remote update block or specify the remote configuration mode for the current design's target device.
