ID:169327 Pin <name> is incompatible with power supply <name>. The pin uses I/O standard <name>, which has pre-driver voltage requirement of <name>. That requirement is not supported by the power supply.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin using the specified I/O standard to a pin location using the specified power supply. However, the pin has a pre-driver voltage level requirement cannot be supported by the power supply.

ACTION: Change the I/O standard assigned to the specified pin or Assign the I/O pin to a different pin location.
