CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin to the specified pin, and assigned the Open Drain option to the I/O pin. However, the pin does not support open-drain circuitry.
ACTION: Assign the I/O pin to a different pin location or remove the Open Drain option from the I/O pin.
