CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin to the specified clock pin, and assigned either the Enable Bus-Hold Circuitry or Weak Pull-Up Resistor option to the I/O pin. However, the clock pin does not support bus-hold circuitry or a weak pull-up resistor.
ACTION: Assign the I/O pin to a different pin location or remove the Enable Bus-Hold Circuitry or Weak Pull-Up Resistor option from the I/O pin.
