ID:169219 I/O standard <name> on input or bidirectional pin <name> is not supported by the device at location <name> (<name>) -- only output pins of this I/O standard are allowed at this location

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O standard to the specified input or a bidirectional pin. However, the specified I/O standard at the specified pin location allows only output pins.

ACTION: Remove the I/O standard assignment or assign the specified pin at a different location.
