ID:169056 Can't place I/O pin <name> in OCT_RUP or OCT_RDN pin location <name> -- I/O pin <name> with Termination option setting <name> requires OCT_RUP or OCT_RDN pin

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin to the specified OCT_RUP or OCT_RDN pin location. However the specified I/O pin with the specified Termination option setting requires the OCT_RUP or OCT_RDN reference pin location.

ACTION: Assign the I/O pin to a different pin location.
