CAUSE: You assigned a dynamic termination control signal to the input buffer of the specified I/O that is different from the dynamic termination control signal assigned to the output buffer of the specified I/O.
ACTION: Make sure that both the input and output buffers of the specified I/O have the same dynamic termination control signal, or disconnect one of the dynamic termination control signals.
