ID:169168 Can't place <name> with OCT calibration block <name> in I/O Bank <name> because it already has pins driven by OCT calibration block <name>

CAUSE: Two conflicting OCT calibration blocks are assigned to the specified I/O bank.

ACTION: Please remove one of the OCT calibration blocks from the specified I/O bank.
