ID:169235 I/O bank <name> cannot select VCCIO of <name> which is required for pin <name> with I/O standard <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin with the specified I/O standard. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin at the specified bank because the required VCCIO cannot be set.

ACTION: Delete or change the location assignment, or change the I/O standard assignment.
