ID:169040 Cannot assign single-ended I/O pin "<name>" and differential I/O pin "<name>" to I/O bank <name> because the differential I/O pin is configured for high speed operations (datarates up to 1.25 Gbps)

CAUSE: You assigned the specified single-ended pin to the specified I/O bank that contains differential I/O pins configured for high speed operations. I/O banks that have differential I/O pins configured for high speed operations cannot have single-ended I/O pins.

ACTION: Delete all single-ended I/O pins from the I/O bank.
