CAUSE: You assigned the specified single-ended pin to the specified I/O bank that contains pins with dynamic phase alignment (DPA) enabled. I/O banks that contain a SERDES receiver with DPA enabled cannot have single-ended I/O pins.
ACTION: Delete all single-ended pins from the I/O bank.
