ID:14716 Pad <number> of general purpose I/O pin '<name>' in pin location <name> is too close to pad <number> of DQ I/O pin '<name>' in pin location <name>. Please reassign the pin assignment <number> pad(s) away from the DQ pins and re-run the compilation again.

CAUSE: You've assigned the specified I/O pin with a general purpose I/O assignment to the specified pin location in the device that is too close to the specified DQ pin in the specified location. General purpose I/O pin and DQ pins must be separated by the specified amount of device resources.

ACTION: Use the Pad View window of the Pin Planner to check the pad placement, and then assign one of the conflicting I/O pins to a different location.
