ID:169214 VCCIO of the I/O bank <name> cannot be set to <name>. I/O bank <name> and I/O bank <name> share the same VCCIO, but I/O bank <name> uses VCCIO <name>.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin in the specified I/O back that uses the specified VCCIO. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin because the I/O bank shares the same VCCIO with the specified I/O bank that uses another specified VCCIO.

ACTION: Assign the specified pin to a different I/O bank.
