ID:169031 Cannot place pin <name> in I/O bank <name> because it uses VCCIO <name>. I/O bank <name> and I/O bank <name> share the same VCCIO, but I/O bank <name> uses VCCIO <name>.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin in the specified I/O back that uses the specified VCCIO. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin because the I/O bank shares the same VCCIO with the specified I/O bank that uses the different, specified VCCIO.

ACTION: Assign the specified pin to a different I/O bank.
