ID:169027 Pin <name> is incompatible with I/O bank <name>. Pin uses I/O standard <name>, which has a VCCIO requirement incompatible with that bank's VCCIO setting or other pins that use I/O standard <number>.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin using the specified I/O standard to the specified I/O bank, or to a bank which shares the same VCCIO with that bank. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin because it has a VCCIO requirement that is incompatible with that bank's VCCIO setting or other pins that use the specified I/O standard.

ACTION: Assign pins with different VCCIO requirements to different I/O banks.
