ID:169028 Pin <name> in I/O bank <name> uses I/O standard <name> -- VREF requirement is incompatible with other input or bidirectional pins in I/O bank that use VREF <number>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin using the specified I/O standard to the specified I/O bank. However, the pin has a VREF requirement incompatible with other output or bidirectional pins in the bank that uses the specified VREF.

ACTION: Assign input and bidirectional pins with different VREF requirements to different I/O banks.
