ID:169029 Pin <name> is incompatible with I/O bank <name>. Pin uses I/O standard <name>, which has a VCCIO requirement incompatible with that bank's VCCIO setting or its other pins that use VCCIO <number>.

CAUSE: You assigned the specified pin using the specified I/O standard to the specified I/O bank, or to a bank that shares the same VCCIO with that bank. However, the pin has a VCCIO requirement incompatible with that bank's VCCIO setting or pins in that bank using the specified VCCIO.

ACTION: Assign output and bidirectional pins with different VCCIO requirements to different I/O banks.
