CAUSE: You assigned I/O standards to the input or bidirectional pins and then assigned the pins to the same I/O bank. However, the I/O standards assigned to the pins have incompatible voltages for the specified power supply.
ACTION: Assign pins with compatible power supply values to the different I/O banks.
