ID:169042 Pin "<name>" cannot be placed in I/O bank <name>. I/O bank <name> does not intersect the assigned location <name> which is <name>

CAUSE: You made the specified location assignment for the specified pin. However, the Fitter cannot place the pin in the specified I/O bank because the location assignment does not intersect the specified I/O bank.

ACTION: Modify the location assignment for the specified pin so that it intersects the specified I/O bank.
